To serve as catalysts for transformation in Metro Detroit by aligning women through collective giving to support local nonprofit organizations. Annually, for every 100 women who each donate $1,000, we award one $100,000 grant.

Congratulations to our 2025 Grant Awardee!
On May 21, 2025 at our Big Give event, our members voted to award The Recovery Mobile Clinic a transformational grant of $100,000. This organization will use the grant to make a huge impact in our community. A video of the celebration and a project summary coming soon! Thank you to our amazing members who made this grant, and the substantial finalist awards, possible.
First Step
First Step, a 2024 Grant Awardee has been working for peaceful families and safe communities in Wayne County, Michigan since 1978. First Step is a non-profit agency providing comprehensive services for victims of domestic and sexual violence.,
Mercy Education Project
The Mercy Education Project, a 2024 Grant Awardee, supports girls in grades 2-12 through education, leadership development, and cultural enrichment.

In July 2015, a visionary group of women came together with a shared passion for creating meaningful change in their community. United by the belief in the power of collective giving, they founded Impact100 Metro Detroit.
Our vision extends beyond financial support; we seek to foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and empowerment among women in our community. We strive to be leaders in collective philanthropy, building a strong presence that inspires others to join us in our mission.

How it Works
Each member donates $1000 annually. Those funds are pooled into a grant fund and awarded in increments of $100,000 to nonprofits that serve our community.
